Does anyone possibly have the P90X Shoulders and Arms video they could send me via interwebs? My friend who gave me all the files is asleep and I don't have the Shoulders and Arms which is for Day 3(tomorrow). I kind of need it asap because I have to do this at 6am because I will be gone the whole day. Hopefully I am not breaking any kind of rule on this forum by asking this.
Anyway, if you do please message me and tell me how to get it. I am desperatee. :S
