I play too much league to justify snatching a key away from somebody else... DOTA's not my type of game ;)
For those asking for the different between LoL and DOTA- DOTA 2 is essentially the same as the Wc3 mod but with a client, matchmaking, nice graphics, etc... The game itself is very similar.
League is far easier to get into if you're new- the penalties for death are far less severe, denying creeps/towers is not an issue, and the hero countering is not nearly as precise as it is in DOTA (In other words, you really need to know all the heroes if you want to play DOTA 2 properly).
