Hello Emanuel, I would like to point out a few things first. I can help you with things you have difficulties, but I will not do the work for you. The best way to learn is to do it yourself. Might take more time and headache, but in the end you will be the winner because you will have more knowledge, more self-esteem, more success, less difficulties.
You can show part of your triggers that you need help with here and I could point things that might or might not work, suggest alternative, explain what things are for like you said, booleans, variables, parameters, etc.
Maybe, before getting into a big map with high hope and low knowledge, you should work with small goals to understand the trigger mechanics and udnerstand better the overall. This way you won't get discouraged after some time facing walls.
Do you know what type of trigger would allow me to have a headquarter with shields dependant of 2 shield generators in order for it to have shields up? Like if you destroy both shield generator units, the shields assigned for that unit go out. And that has to work for each team.

That would be :
If
Unit A (shield generator 1) = Alive
and
Unit B (shield generator 2) = Alive
Than
Headquarter shield = On
Or something similar would work just fine I think.

You mean like score board from starcraft classic ?
If that is the case, you could try to open mass recalled and see how the triggers work.

I am currently maping my entry for MAPORINO ! 2019.
Only about a month left and I am not even finish with terrain and doodads.
