After the patch I reinstalled Starcraft to see if it would help. It seems like the new installation does not allow users to access the C:/Program/Starcraft/Mods directory anymore? See attached picture below
When I create a test map and try to add a dependencie into it, I can not change the directory /Mods to any other folder in order to add a .sc2mod file into the map from anywhere else on my computer. It is as if everything must be done via battle.net now?
This fix will work fine for modeling and melee map. But not as well for working on large campaign's and or mod's like Mass Recall. because why and who will like to login ever time they test it or them.
I still cannot log into the editor... it's more broken than before. There is a new log-in screen for the editor, and when I put in my password and hit "Log in" the screen just refreshes. And yes I have the correct credentials, I can log into bnet for ladder games with same user/pw just fine.
I cannot load swarm/lotv dependencies, so I cannot open my map. Anyone know workaround?
I'm stuck at this:
Edit: Yes I know about having to select the "region," it still does not go through for me

Someone said if you are logged in, it should work. But that doesn't work for me :(

Even "Scan and Repair" doesn't do anything. It's probably something they have to patch.
Edit: I actually found a fix. I posted a reply in the thread you linked, but I'll post it here as well just for the sake of it.
Simply open the editor and go to File -> Manage Published. In there you log into your account and then you can load your maps again.
Thank you so much Lazzoro! Never would have figured that out myself, I have never published anything!

Everything looks fine on my end, however I also still have an old installation of the game.
Maybe you have to log-in first for the editor to show these options.
Blizzard made a balls breaking patch again. I've been reading a lot of problems with the new version.
Is like the time the maps have a camera bug problem.
How to solve the problem
1º Open Editor > File > Publish... > And you now log in .
2º Close window Publish and open u map.
Alternatively, just click on "File" -> "Open", select the "Blizzard" category and log-in here instead.
As long as you log-in with your account somewhere in the editor, it should work.
really nice patch
i got the dependency fun (hots vanished lol)
so nice of blizzard to keep us on our toes and
give us something to make us type in this adorable place called map stir
oh, just in case, i made a lil something something for anyone needing an upper (or so i hope :P )
yep, same here, HoTS and LoTV dependencies vanished for me too :p
I can only add WoL dependencie to newly created maps
yep, thanks, works now

TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, SELECT YOUR REGION FIRST.

In reply to Edhriano:
When I entered, he told me that he had to register, now it works correctly
Is this a little clue that they are ordering everything? , to unlock future mods and thus not have conflicts between dependencies?
In reply to Alleyviper85:
Could be the case, since many custom models broke over the years.
Perhaps this will prevent the custom models to bugged out.

What does custom models have to do with it? I do not understand. It's something new?
