I used to review custom maps/campaigns, but now that i am back from a serious accident i decided to start to upload my playthroughs and (kind of) guides on youtube, i still have a lot to learn about editing and recording but i first want to tank Jayborino for his passionate series about custom campaign of sc2/wc3, i find his gameplay a bit underwhelming some times, but i adore his deep analysis of gameplay, story, terraining, models, characters when he plays campaigns/map, you can see that he cares about the map/campaign he is playing, plus he's funny but not annoying... Good job Jay! Keep it up!
I will upload mostly starcraft 2 content, but also dark souls 3 and bloodborne.
First i must present my greatest achievement on youtube, the complete Playthrough of my favourite map (not campaign) of all times "The Viacre: Chapter 01: The Probes", it's completely different if compared to your average starcraft 2 map, it's a survival/horror experience for 7 players, with a dark and haunting amosphere, inventive puzzles, superb terraining and a misterious yet interesting plot behind it, this map will never hold your hand so be careful and pay attention to the messages and terrain (this map is Playable on American Servers only)... You know what? There's even an Episode 2 on work in progress (there's a demo of it but i don't recommend it, it's too raw and outdated), follow the creator of this map "Hjfabre" on youtube if you want to be updated on the project, i bet it's going to be awesome too... and it looks totally different from Chapter 01
PS: I did this seven players map with only one ally, so be careful about italian swearing when i didn't remember how to solve certain puzzles, especially one that took me 50 minutes to complete...
Second map that i alwais found interesting is Perdition [Elii], even if it requires a bit too farming is really fun and challenging, if you don't want to lose you better not rush it and be careful at the last part siege with the timer, with the wrong unit composition you will surely lose (little tip; you have to destroy the merc compound in order to stop the waves and stop losing time with them)
And lastly the project of myeslf and https://www.sc2mapster.com/members/Zarxiel93, worth of five years of pain and suffering, completely based on the masterpiece StarCraft Mass Recall... an updated take on the original project with greatly improved terrain and models, new units and additional characters/units from the new lore (novels and sc2 wol/hots/lotv)
Great to see others showcasing content that badly needs it!
