Man i cant do terraining when i am nervous. Now when i imagine that my coop wont be (i am scared of that) interesting i am really scared Ánd stressed oh goood i hate competitions!!!! I will be the most dissapointed man if i dont get into best 10 ... i can sound selfish But after really hard work Ánd finished custom campaigns.... i use to have a good stuff, playable missions.
I need some help Ánd testers... i hope community can help me.

Don't be that stressed man. Don't do it for the competition, do it for YOU first, then for the community and only then for the RTC. Believe in yourself and take_your_time. Don't try to rush things out, stay cool, and do your best, that's it. Lots of good people seems interested into this year's RTC so even if you don't get in the top 10, it doesn't mean that your map is bad or that you did not get the result. You might have done awesome work and could potentially be in it, but just barely did not make it because in the end some people must choose who win. But try to not think about that, try to not think about "winning" and just do it in the aim of "not winning the RTC" (which might sound bad but..) think of it as a challenge for yourself, to get better, learn more and be more efficient at terraining, triggering, etc. Believe, and don't stress, it's useless to stress too much, focus on your things and just do it.
Even if you don't win, I'm sure there are plenty of people here on sc2mapster that would love to try out these custom co-op maps!

Nah. Edge is a good browser, with great standards compliance and a team behind it that's committed to producing a quality browser. It's way better than Safari, for example, and a far cry from the Internet Explorer days of old.
Question: Do we have to use the template for this contest or can we just use it as a point of reference and make our own from scratch?
EDIT: Never mind, lol. Note that you aren't required to use this map as part of your submission, but we hope this will save you time instead of trying to construct your own map completely from scratch.
Best of luck to everyone.
EDIT2: (lol) can we basically come up with any idea? Custom everything? Sky is the limit? haha. i just don't want to get disqualified before i even start, is all.
""The game must be set in the StarCraft Universe""
Does that limit to only Starcraft 2 models and game play? Just an example: Such as you can't have Your co-op commanders fighting Xenomorphs because that wouldn't be with-in the starcraft universe? Sorry if i am asking a lot of questions. :P
U dont need to use template. It says in the rules. The template is just there to make it a bit easier for people. U can make it from scratch. probably even better since a lot of less skilled editor user will use the template.
It's not worth doing everything from scratch, it only gives you diminishing returns, if at all. Trust me, I've tried all day yesterday, only to realize that it was a big waste of time.
The map works perfectly fine when uploaded and tested online, it's just testing it offline that's a hassle (but there exist a workaround, see the comments).
Remember, this is a 2-player concept, so you have to test it online sooner or later. Trying to adjust things just to test it offline will only bring you so far.
Take the example map, work on the terrain and triggers for the objective, and then upload it so you can test it with other players.
Most of you are advanced enough you probably wont want my pre-made triggers but you can copy over some custom action definitions I made to make things like sending attack waves, creating line pings, or showing progress bars over a unit easier to do.
it would be sweet if tsomeone of SC2mapster will make video's and after the Co-up mission ended. You can use it as a tutorial for new player: How to make a map.
Which one of you lucky guys got to nathanias first? =(

Maybe in the : end, we can make a Serie for the arcade, with all the maps.
I think Blizzard only allow to use it one time.
We already tested my coop mission demo with outsider Ánd he Like it so, maybe it has chances 😂
Hmm...if I were to theoretically base a coop map on a Marauders mission, which one would fit the best?
Decisions decisions...
I cant wait for all these coop missions :D
I posted some ideas. If u like u can check it here: https://www.sc2mapster.com/forums/player-zone/map-suggestions-requests/184767-co-op-contest-ideas#c4

You must use the template to get coop results. Not making your mission inside but triggers

I highly-recommend using the template map.

I'm also working on my own template map that does a bit more for you than Blizzards: https://us.battle.net/forums/en/sc2/topic/20753085144 Including built-in fix for testing from the editor.
