I added some tips and the button for tech is now visible, however beeing a compeltely new game it requires more (and a well done tutorial requires a lot of dev time).
Additionally I should make the game controls more clear, with the addition of the mouse movement trigger I can finally do something :D
BTW my map feedbacks are divided in 3 types:
- Old dk players that know what to do (high rate)
- Players new to dk that are a bit intelligent and try to learn the map and have fun with it (medium-high rate)
- Impatient dumb players that don't even try to understand the map, leave the game when they lose (medium-low rate)
................................... The worst i ever played was of course the most played: War for Helms Deep (fixed for spelling)...............................................
And your problem with my map is.......? Start outlining what you see wrong, and I'll try to do it if it's feasible (no suggestions about using custom models, please, since I have limits, and time is one of them, given that I have no fewer than nine other maps to continually update). I have no way of knowing about problems unless I'm actually told about what they are and why they're problems in the first place. I'm on Starcraft 2 (usually not the beta, since I still play LotR games with that community, and it hasn't even started moving to the arcade yet) most days (my map somehow shot to the first page over the course of about two days), so talk to me there (friend code is 360, and this is my username on Battle.net as well).
The way we make maps should be focused on semplicity and fun.
People that doesn't understand how to play a game will simply downrate your map and won't play it again.
I've noticed it a lot on my map's arcade feedback
A lot people don't read How to Play and check out F12 menu in-game and then complain how there is no tutorial.

You can download the 1.5 beta and editor.

The how to play section can't replace help methods which are accessible while playing the map.
If you forget something, do you leave the game, read the how-to-play section again and play it another time?
I guess not.
