The map is already on sc2ranks, However as you have noticed the list on mapster has not been updated for a while. This is a bug and it may not be fixed until we get an update on (may be this monday). The data stays as the first time it parsed.
We will inform you when its fixed so you can add the map in.

We've had issues with the popularity system and did not relaunch the updates yet. We didn't expect that there would be more than 20k published maps :)
