The Map: Classic 8 position map, from the original Starcraft, but with enhanced entrances (triple bottleneck), elevated terrain to make full use of all the new Starcraft 2 abilities and has a multi-level platform configuration both in front of each position but as well as in center.
Resources: High yield (may be modified to fit any style of play). The high yield version is specifically designed to promote superior base building practices and maximize unit production capacity (in waves).
Hero's: Gained by harvesting the heroic recourse terrazine strategically located in two general locations. Just outside your base, blue = low yield, and also surrounding the central platform in the middle of the map, pinkish purple = high yield.
Harvesting Note - A new element to harvesting is added, flying. So you have a choice. At first you MUST harvest from the ground, slower (.5 speed & on the ground = easier to kill) ... after reaching the goal of 100 terrazine for your HEROIC FACILITY... you may switch from the ground to air via thermal detonation, the air harvesting unit is faster (2.8 speed) and alows for harvesting from the safety of platforms just outside your base which are much easier to defend due to the higher elevations.
The technology associated to all hero's is considered top tier, meaning its at the top of the list in regards to time and building construction. Highest levels of buildings and longest time to reach.
Requirements for heroic production: Heroic Hero Facility = Main Heavy Hero production structure, Heroic Worker (used to harvest the heroic resource terrazine), Heroic Harvesting Facility, where the heroic worker returns its terrazine cargo.
Units: All the favorites from Starcraft 1 have been brought back. New units have been added to balance the ground air dynamic which has always been the downfall of high yield maps/style of play.
Structures: Powerful heroic structures have been added to reinforce the momentum of the game and increase the "odds" in the "defensive advantage" allowing players to show off their architectural prowess.
Abilities: The structures abilities (new) and the unit abilities have all been finely tailored to work uniquely depending on race, but in harmony with the other defensive structures. And the units themselves have been tailored to counter the powerful structures concurrently.
Finally, i'd like to say I take great pride in the flexibility of this map in regards to both strategy and economics. Simply put, you don't need hero's to win, so all ladder strategies may be fully utilized on this map, as well as economic strategies. Even with the high yield, harassing workers to gain an advantage holds true.
I went out of my way to make it so hero's are optional and winning with no hero's at all is very realistic.
Thanks for your attention, I hope everyone enjoys this map.
You know, that was really cute. I feel a warm welcome from a kind, loving group of strangers who welcome new fresh ideas, encourage someone dedicated to your game and I appreciate all the love and support you've given me over the years!
I wish you all nothing but the best, thanks for everything!!

I would guess its a big game hunters map for sc2 with heroes. Aka "Starcraft 3" I was waiting for legacy of the void but who needs that when you've got Starcraft 3.
@alphaprime glad you've gotten good feedback about your map, it's a pet peeve of some people on sc2mapster when people post about how awesome their map is with little to no info. Also a few screenshots usually set you up for a much better response on sc2mapster. Best of luck-
I don't get the pun, just saying. Anyways hopefully your adult intellect will take others suggestions at hand and maybe you'll post a pic and get a more informative response. :)
To summize:
A remake of a sc1 map that casuals loved and pros did not love.
More resources at your bases, so you can turtle all game.
Control the center (Turtle there) for a special resource that makes win happen.
Flying miners= safer turtle farming; and someone hates terran.
More defensive structures=more turtling.
@alpha
Despite their "rude" comments they are all making suggestions that you better inform us of what your game is. Responding in a rude manner but saying, "I am the adult here, so stick your head in poo-poo!" does not improve the situation, or inform anyone more about what your map is. Clearly you are here for the free publicity and feedback on your work. It would be a very good idea if you were polite (even to rude people with many posts, and an early join date) and understanding when people offer suggestions to get your map more views via this site.

Trying my best. I've never made such a map before, nor have I posted pics but maybe once, I am not really into social media, but I will try.
