Given that Blizzard All-Stars now goes by the name of Heroes of the Storm, changing the name of the allotted subforum seems only logical. It may not be a terribly relevant forum, but correcting the name will satisfy the OCD members of the community.
We'll take a look at it. A name change should be fine as long as it doesn't break anything. You never know with mapster though, she's a delicate beast. :P

Considering it is no longer a part of starcraft 2, and is completely unrelated it should be removed entirely.
It has about as much purpose as a Diablo 3, Warcraft 3, Warcraft 2, WoW, Diablo 2, Diablo 1, or starcraft 1 subforum here.
