Also in a less serious question, would you explain whatever you know on terrain objects and footprints? It'd help me to get a more in depth explanation than what I currently know for a tutorial I am planning to make regarding mesh collisions.
How do you make bridges, not sure if you've done this before? I think it's zenx's maps but it's got a combo system where you can do a jump leap and while in mid air you do a ground pound and follow it up with a charge or something. How do you create spells that can chain into other spells? Have you tried playing around in UDK?
EDIT: btw did you ever go over making a dominion styles game mode?
Can you create some simple spells with effects and behaviors? When I began with the data editor I had no clue how to make a simple spell or ability. Example's: An ability that fires a rocket to the target, An damaging Instant AoE or an Healing over time buff you can give to others. =3
Also can you use your awe*coughbadcough*some photoshop skills to make some cute little concept of a player for a sidescroller? Something similar to littlebigplanet's sackboy.
Also go over making 2D games in sc2, the legend of zelda map had the whole 2D thing except the marine, I think he recently replaced it with a 2d link.
I tried out all the stuff you helped me with, and they worked! Finally, after reading through many websites and watch various youtube videos... I've found people who know what they're talkin' about! :D
However, now I ran into new problems:
QUESTIONS:
1) In-game, when using a worker to place a structure, there is a mildly transparent image that appears showing where the building will be placed. You can move this around before selecting where to place the building. Though I have changed the "Art - Model," this transparent in-game image still shows the model of the unit I originally duplicated. Where can I change this transparency model to match the structure?
2) I have successfully made a tower that will upgrade into a different tower. However, the model will not change after the upgrade. (e.g. if marine upgrades to zealot, it adopts the zealot stats, but the model remains a marine after upgrading) How can I fix this to where the model changes properly upon upgrading the structure?
3) In-game, the attack, armor, and shield symbols in the bottom middle of the HUD display stats of the unit you have selected. How can I remove the shield and armor images, so only the attack symbol is displayed?
4) How can I make a unit invulnerable?
5) I have adjusted the attack speed, damage, and range of a defensive structure. However, when I build the structure in-game, the tooltip display does not display the correct information when I hover over the attack icon. I copied a photon cannon, and after changing the stats, it still displays the default photon cannon stats. It's only from the display. The physical stats are what I changed them to be, but it doesn't display properly. How can I fix this?
6) How do I change the model of the projectile a unit launches?
7) How do I change the speed of the projectile a unit launches?

This is too easy, but can you make a brand new unit from bare scratch with a picked model from any unit in the game but still allow that unit to have its model. Then make it with a completely different portrait again same with the model. Then give him a custom ranking system. Can you do that?
Also can you make an ability used as a weapon instead?
Can you go over how to make the jungle in blizzard dota? Can you make the hots units in data? Can you make cliff jumping/facejumping zerglings? Serious question, how do you give a unit an attachment and have him throw it. Like how they showed muradin throwing his hammer two blizzcon's ago.
EDIT: Mainly care about the replicant and the oracle. The tempest or whatever it's called is stupid for replacing my carrier. Also the others aren't protoss units so I don't care :D
Actually the viper and ultralisk burrow charge might be interesting.

For example how to modfiy the High Templar's - Psionic Storm cooldown and put it up to 20 and make it cost no energy :)?Maybe a demonstration of how to use the effect field above the value field for effects/validators.
