Counting the prologue, LotV's length sounds fair compared to others.
I think you miscounted, there's only 19 main mission (3x5 + 2 + 2). There's an achievement for completing all 19 main mission. I might have miscounted the epilogue as well.
That gives us 3 prologue + 19 main + 3 epilogue = 25 missions.
Just hope for shit, then you will get pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately for me, the hype from all the awesome short stories + the Reclamation animation will be too high of an expectation.
Also since we're posting leaked stuff, the soundtrack is here
2nd cinematic was so promising. After the last one i was just happy that thing over. With all the respect to the asian culture Blizzard should avoid any Anime influences in their games as a cancer and stick to european style. Super sayan kerrigans doesnt fits with that setting.
They do not count because they have no difficulty to them. They are always lowest difficulty and purposely designed to be difficult to fail.
All WoL missions scaled with difficulty, except maybe the Arcade game Lost Viking..
There's more to a game than challenge, though. Portal, for example, is also a game where the vast majority of the puzzles cannot be failed (other than the player giving up thinking about it). That doesn't make it a game with no content. I get what you're saying, but it's unfair to simply say "yeah HotS only had 20 levels" and leave it there; while length and difficulty are indicators of the value of the experience, there's more to it and simply completely ignoring the evolution levels isn't a fair observation.

That doesn't bode well. I was definitely pleasantly surprised after the first couple of levels, like what I see so far. Here's hoping you're wrong.
I counted, and here the mission list
SPOILER ALERT IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE MISSION LOCATION, PLEASE DON'T READ IT.

I counted one for one all missions, there is 2 archs with only 2 missions and 1 arch with 6, the others have 3
Check again, 2 + 2 = 4. Your final count must be a multiple of 3 plus 1, hence 19
I counted again one for one. 25.
SPOILER AGAIN DON'T READ IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE MISSIONS.
so if we don't count Epilogue and Prolgue is 19, you right, I miss counted :P
I have started playing the campaign (10 of 19). It feels like game is purposely insulting my intelligence every chance it gets =D
It may have good parts, but so far I'm so baffled by how it handles everything that I may just not notice those during initial impression.
fun stuff!
Keep your expectations high guys, it's going to be a ride!

All the cinematics in one video and in english:
Pretty sad that we got only on "real" CGI video...
