You could likely get free tutoring through skype. You could definitely get free tutoring in exchange for using that gained knowledge to lend a hand completing painfully boring tasks in the editor (Which for you, would be a new, exciting learning experience).
You can also find thousands of tutorials (many outdated) on youtube, and on this very site.
Keeping in mind that the "Active" population of this website is 100 people, and that more than half of them are not from America; it may be difficult to find personal tutoring; opposed to online tutoring.
That said, you should list your specific goals with the editor. Very few people have an all-around knowledge in the editor. Most of the ones who do, will speak in terms that many of us do not understand.
You also might want to mention any specific things you want to learn as many people tend to specialize in one area of the editor and have a general know that can do most of the basic things of the other editors, but lack any real depth with them.
I have been using the SC2 editor since the day it was released in beta; April 2010. Additionally I have worked on about a dozen projects, 3 of which have been #1 games for many consecutive months in multiple regions. I am currently the lead modder for Carbot Animation's StarCrafts Mod which you can learn about in the video on the site linked below.
Let me know details of what you would like to learn and how long-term you would expect this to last. I live in Dallas, Texas but to be honest, sharing screens on Skype is extremely effective and the video footage can be recorded permanently so you can rewatch anything you please. My Skype username is WadeWazenegger if you would like to discuss things further.

Stuff I've worked on: Carbot's StarCrafts Mod (2014-present) StarCraft 2 Hotkey Trainer (2010) | Mineralz Evolution (2011+) | Dungeon Legacy (2013+) | Phoenix TLMC 4 Entry (2014) Assisted: City of Tempest (2012) | BarCraft (2013) | Poker Defense (2014) and a few more.
Blizzard Dota was announced nearly a year ago, and that was the last thing heard :) Though, it wouldn't surprise me if they had seen what we had done with Tofu (by being naughty and playing the locked maps on our accounts) and be like ... stuff that ... we can't compete ... we'll just give up now and hope people forget about Blizzard Dota .... ah ... lol.
You have to admit vindicator get's his shiz done, although i stopped playing mineralz after that one update where super lengthy mazes got screwed over. Also never really liked CoT compared to AoS. Now that carbot mod, I'm wondering if he knows how the models were done for their sprites (i've got my theories).

Still alive and kicking, just busy.
My guide to the trigger editor (still a work in progress)

Ever see Dogmai and Dreyece, they said that blizzard might have given up on blizzard dota due to their map (Tofu)
