Well, they wouldn't be making a blizzcon if they had nothing to announce. As much as I may hope that it's Titan, they've had enough time to prepare a WoW or D3 expansion preview. Another thing I could think of would be Blizzard-Allstars. I wouldn't be surprised if they threw their original goals out the window (Only 16 heroes I think) and turned into a way larger scale project to compete with LoL and DotA, meaning its own game client, micro transactions and a good hero pool (40+).

Blizzard has NEVER announced ANY game at blizzcon :P.
They always reveal a game/expansion at blizzcon or make some kind of big announcement - The reason they skipped last year was simply because they had no big announcements to make and therefore thought it wasn't worth making a blizzcon.

Then my money is on a Diablo 3 expansion. No titan.
Edit: nvm I was right :P i looked it up, Nope they have NEVER announced any game/expansion at blizzcon, Now they have announced them at things liek blizzard WWI, which is different :P. but so far blizzcon has only been to show off work, Hold contest, and give first public play test of the newly announced games/expansions.
Would they really release another WoW expansion? I haven't been keeping track, but is it still going that good?
MoP has been successful. As you might know, It was also accepted in China(TBC was not, and Im not sure about WoTlk) They have a couple more expansions in the works. According to them. Will probably announce something at Blizzcon. I dont play WoW.
They definitely are working on more expansions. iirc MoP was supposed to be a sort of set up/intro for what they're planning next (Bigass war between alliance and horde I think.). I'm guessing they're gonna make 2 more (so level caps at 100) and then probably either rely on whatever "Titan" is or end up releasing something like WoW 2 with a new engine and so on.

Blizzcon 2013 has been confirmed for November 8th and 9th!
Could the later date be due to a project they're trying to finish? Will project titan be officially revealed? Let the speculation begin!

I hope there is a cinematic contest.

I really dont care, I just need more panels with HotS and possibly discussion leading toward LotV. And that sweet sweet cinematic panels.
