I'm putting together an assets pack for Heroes of the Storm containing 19 heroes. However, the file size is huge, at 86mb.
Most of this size is in animations, and many of these animations just aren't needed.
I'm looking for information on how to remove these animations myself, or if someone would be willing to do it for me (I can provide the files and animations to remove).
Take Kerrigan, for instance, who's .m3a file I'll attach. I'm looking to remove all ride animations from all heroes.
As far as I know .m3a files are just m3 files with no meshes or materials, just bones and animations, so I think you can change the file extension to m3, import it to blender and delete animations, then export and change back to m3a. I never tried this import method myself, but the export part works.
