The new patch released today, updates the editor from 0.11 to 0.13. I dunno what they did though since it will only show you patch 10 notes while you're patching. :/
Uhh... it didn't last patch. Last patch was 0.12, the editor was still 0.11.
They screwed up the versioning on the executable of the last patch. The patch notes were correct, they said 0.12.0.15133, but the version of the executable was 0.11.0.15133. They forgot to increment it, :P.

Also just FYI, the Editor just takes the version of the game. Game went from 0.11 to 0.13.
