I have made a map that works just as intended during single-player. It even works to upload the map.
However, whenever I start the game with more than one player something bugs out.. (Doesn't matter if it's AI or an actual player, as long as there is more than one player, it bugs.)
Now I want to ask if there's a kind soul out there who could take my map file, check it out, see if they can fix it and upload it for me.
Wow... that seems weird. Have you tried with an actual player? It's kind of difficult to pinpoint why that happens without seeing the code. There might be others here who have experienced this specific bug though.
I even tried using one of the default Game Variants, but the only thing that happened was that the map refused to upload at all. (Stuck at 0%).
-See how shitty the Game Variants are?
Ya, no kidding. I'm good with finding any trigger errors. I don't know how to look at variants, but if it is a trigger error, then I'll find it. If not, then we can deffinitely narrow it down to variants.
I just had something like this happen for me, and I remembered this post. I had done 'Show/Hide the world' in the UI trigger section to Hide, did a few things and then it was supposed to Show again. But I forgot to delete a Hide Game UI trigger and replace it with Hide world. So it was hide world, do stuff, show game UI. When I ran this, it brought up the credits like in your video. When I replace Show Game UI with Show World, it went away.
So to test the bug, I put a Show Game UI action without ever hiding it. This brings up the credits. I'm pretty sure thats not intended. Do you have anywhere in your code that might Show Game UI even though it's already showing?
Hi.
I have made a map that works just as intended during single-player. It even works to upload the map.

Here's what the bug looks like, btw:

Like I said, it doesn't matter if it's an actual player or AI. -It happens everytime either way.
It has nothing to do with my code. I believe it's a battle.net issue related to Game Variants or some other shit that doesn't work.

Try experimenting with the variants. Start basic, test, add a few things, test again, and so on, until it bugs. Maybe you can figure out what's wrong.
I already did all that.

Wrong forum?
Apparently. No one ever replies around here.
the best guess i can make from seeing the video is that you mixed up a trigger of some sorts
pm ur map ill take a look at it thats halarious btw

I can tell you all right now that it's not a trigger error. What I need help with is those damned Game Variants. =/

I do hide and show game UI, but not World.

Show Game UI if Game UI is shown triggers this problem.
@Phrosen: Go
The problem is from showing the game UI while it is already visible. If you want me to take a look you can send me the map.
I can't say it good enough, so I'm gonna let Anakin say it for me:
Thank you very much. =)
Have you tried setting the map in the editor to have a comp as player one and user as player 2
then do the test run... do you get the error?
