Last night I was dreaming about the new doodads in HOTS, they were so many... so beautiful :)It had models of swedish buildings in it and other things. Will be interesting to see if it lives up to my subconcious expectations...
^ Only some WoWer would do that I guess... sounds kind of useless to me.
Well.. great news, finally release date! But 40 Euro? I understand new content and all but some of the content like stats per race per map had to be since the beginning so.. This price would be justified if it allowed us to get a HotS beta key too..
Can anyone confirm to be with beta? Didn't WoL had something like that?
Are you telling me that buying the 'deluxe' edition means you pay 15 euro's for the torrasque model and three portraits?
Wow.
And I can still guarantee you that a lot of people will buy it.
Especially with the new Battle Pet system that they introduced in WoW there will always be people who would even pay 15€ for just the baneling pet.
edit:
I also think 40€ is really overpriced, 30 or 35€ would be much fairer considering that US players probably only have to pay 40$. I hate publishers who just convert 1€ <-> 1$ in their prices, so I officially hate Activision-Blizzard now!
quit your bitchin :P haha, jk, but seriously there are other things you have to remember other then Exchange rates that actually make it quite fair.
For example, yo guys tend to have higher taxes and you also have a higher minimum wage, The euro is worth more, but in all honestly once you calculate everything in its pretty even.

Definitely, people have been paying for vanity items in WoW and such for ages. I'm just a bit amazed - 15 euros for one model and three portraits is an all-time low I think. Even the most expensive skins in LoL (around 12 euros, I think) have new sound effects, animations and jokes. I guess it's fair if you calculate in the WoW and Diablo bonuses, which is the audience this pack is obviously aimed at, though it seems a bit silly to release a 'deluxe' edition that kind of forces you to also play two other games in order to get your money's worth. People who just play SC2 and would like something extra there are basically shafted.
I'm waiting on the reviews for this one. Well, it doesn't help that I'm not playing WoL anymore, but I really don't care for another "let's kick this revolution into overdrive!" story lol.
No artbook or soundtrack for that even? Doesn't really justify the price at all...
I'd say both can be provided in digital form, even the behind the scenes dvd. But I'm not sure how they will distribute it since this is the first time Blizz provide a Digital Deluxe edition. Or they might even decided not to provide it at all.

I'm going with the 3rd option, it sounds lame
They did this with wow already, not the first time for them. youll at some point by able to buy the soundtrack, but the art book and behind the scense will remain a CE only until they do some special "Blizzard behind the scene thing" if they do that. (This based off the wow DC version at least)
@Gradius12: Go Really? I'm looking for WoL artbook in pdf but it's nowhere to be found. Not that I want to have it for free, it's because I use blizzard artwork for icons and other assets.

Edit: So I guess it's official now, they also just posted it on the SC2 site. http://eu.battle.net/sc2/en/blog/6512880/Heart_of_the_Swarm_Arrives_March_12_2013_%E2%80%94_Presales_NOW_LIVE-13_11_2012
I don't see anything about it on the official site but I can pre-order game from my account page.

I'm fairly certain that majority of the battle.net changes will be coming to WoL regardless of whether anyone buys HotS or not.

Actually Diablo 3 did the digital deluxe too... sooo once again Sc2 is the last to get anything :P
Guys, chill, there's a normal Collector's Edition available for pre-order, too, just like with past Blizzard games.
Says I already purchased it?
That Kerrigan wallpaper is sick. Reminds me of a graphic I made a while ago: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y41/gradius00/sigs/gradkerrigan.png
Meh @ collector's editions. Not worth the extra money IMHO. Artbook, soundtrack & behind-the-scenes DVD always get leaked.
