To upload a 20MB map, you need a minumium upload of 168KB/s, which is about 1.4Mb/s (megabits!).

Sorry for making a whole new topic for it, but it's an important issue for me and I can't watch someone saying that it's nothing important.
You obviously want to sound smart, and there is no harm in that on the internet, but just try to let it go dude, it will make you look much smarter than this topic proves you to be.
I admit I sometimes have the "someone on the internet is wrong" syndrome, but not this time :P
It's an official sticky topic and there's a discussion about an important but generally unknown or misunderstood issue. He's dismissing it completely, so If he gets the last word, then even less people will care about it, which means blizzard is less likely to do something about it (or at least respond with some flimsy rationalization like they did with LAN).
But I am equally annoyed with people that think they know everything and act like jerks on the internet because it's anonymous. I hate them almost as much as the 9 year olds that get put into my games while I'm playing Nazi zombies or Red Dead Redemption.... >.<

There's little point in trying to educate people over the internet. Better to just ignore them and let them wallow in their own stupidity.
