Hi! I'm a returning Starcraft 2 player. Last time I played was about a year ago. I would like some suggestions on maps that I may have missed in the past year/ 18 months.
What I'm primarily interested in is:
1v1 versus maps
Single-Player maps with a scenario (only interested in finished, playable maps).
Big thanks to anyone who can recommend a map they like!
A Song of Ice and Fire is a diplomacy map that took battle net by storm! Sadly, it was rejected by the community-at-large. If you are into LoTRish, Diplomacy, or Spawn Based maps, this is the map for you. I will warn you however, that the map has an incredibly steep learning curve, and it will take 2 or 3 games to understand what you are doing. It hovers around page 3, but it ALWAYS fills! 12 months is 1 year >_> We many have changed every other unit of measurement here in the US, but not that one :P
I tend to not focus too much on single player maps, unfortunately, just because I'm generally terrible at them and enjoy playing with others. By 1v1 do you mean 1v melee or a 1v1 custom map? Generally most maps support more than 2 people at once.

Just maps that are good and balanced for 1v1 combat. So I guess melee maps? :)
