I think we need the big "fuck you" thread, as it was called, back in the Team Recruitment forum ...
Sugarcoat it all you want but you know that you agree with me ... noobs are filling up the recruitment forums with projects that will never see the light of day because all they want to do is be "Project Manager and Terrainer" ... come on ... wtf mates ... at least make it a requirement that they handle _one_ of the big two, Data/Scripter, because I cannot find the good projects with potential under all this shit.
That if you're such an all-mighty pro awesome mapping god you shouldn't need to come to team recruitment for ideas.
Know what else I think?
That if people dedicated time to actually helping these noobs and teaching them instead of making this kind of utterly arrogant topics we probably wouldn't have this kind of "shit". Note that doing the work for them is not teaching them.
This is the kind of elitism that has killed other sites before, it's like suddenly if you're a noob you're not welcome which is not how things are supposed to be.
So you don't like people posting their ideas, acting up like wanting to do nothing but being manager, so you think their projects are worthless, so you don't want to help them and otherwise point them in the right direction and/or telling them how they can improve in order to make their project more eye-candy for others to join them, you know what? Just fucking ignore them.
I am probably not having the best moderator-like behaviour right here but I'm not used to shutting myself the hell up and I completely despise this kind of elitist topics. So you know what, consider this ayour final warning, I've been seeing a lot from you lately that I don't like and that many of us don't like it's just that they've fed me up now. Oh and I'm closing this, I do not think any good can further come from this topic and either way your problem has been noted.
