SC2Mapster

I started up a test of a sc2 map and i have a few custom UIs in it and one of them isn't working out for me right now and it's giving me this error:

How can i fix this error?

This is the template for all sc2layouts

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?>
<Desc>

</Desc>

From the sound of the error message the <Desc></Desc> tags are missing. They are required.
