I've made a custom loading bar for my map, I imported it to "Assets/Textures", I checked the file path in data editor and the terran loading bar is showing up as my custom imported one, and yet the original Blizzard one is still showing up in the loading screen.
Bumping this, does anyone know of a way to get rid of the small loading time until the loading bars show up? Preloading the images in the "Preload Info..." menu doesn't seem to work.
I was told in IRC you could set up your own references/suffixes to choose in the Game UI Data, but I only see one reference in the data and a loading bar consists of at least 2 different image assets, so I really have no clue how I would have to set that up in the "Assets.txt".
Wow, this is funny. See I've got Composure's map and I'm trying to fix this same thing and this comes up. Too bad it wasn't helpful.
What he's got is a loading bar that is a turned human face, but what he wanted was a human face as a base and a turned human face to be the bar loading across the human face. In the past it actually worked (for him, not me, it was always broken once I got it) but I think there was some SC2 patch that broke it quite a long time ago.
So is this still possible to do? If so, I'd need some detailed instructions... I'm more of a player than a dev, but I've caught on quite well.

Overriding the file works in 1.5. It shows up after a small loading time.
I doesn't work in 1.4.3.
