What are the steps involved in creating a Dependency Mod? I just want the triggers and some data to transfer from my maps to my other maps. I know this can be done. I just can't seem to find a tutorial or step-by-step guide.
Also, I can not figure out how to hide the supply in the top right corner of the UI. It seems in 2010 and 2011 there was a trigger for this, but it is no longer in my action dialog.
You create a dependency mod just like you'd create an arcade map. Only there's no terrain, and you have to apply it to maps under File -> Dependancies -> Add Other -> Where you saved your dependency mod.
For the dependency mod, you need to create a trigger library in it. You then place the triggers/actions/code in that library. You then publish your mod, and then add it to the dependencies of both maps. If you want examples of this, search for NOTD 2 on B.net through the editor.

Hey good people,

Thanks so much!!
Help please.
Triggers. Show/hide UI frame. Pick "Supply Frame".
You create a dependency mod just like you'd create an arcade map. Only there's no terrain, and you have to apply it to maps under File -> Dependancies -> Add Other -> Where you saved your dependency mod.
I'm still confused about how to make a dependency mod.
I see how to create a new mod and go from there, but I want to be able to transfer triggers from a current map that I have already made to a new map.
Does that make sense?
Thanks!
