That's not exactly very descriptive. What is the objective in this game? To get kills or to destroy/capture some objective?
If there is an objective other than kills, you should just use win/loss instead. You can read about a fairly easy to implement ELO System here: ELO Math Details
Ah ya i see your confusion. This is hard to explain to me i suspect someone has a better system or can explain easier. but from what i gather you want rates of kills.
lets say you want to know the kill rates over the course of the last 60 seconds at an update of 1 second per player. you will need a 2 dimension array of 50 * 15. so when player 3 makes a kill array [1-60][3] (that's 1 through 60) is increased by 1. stating in order every second and repeating at the end 1 box is emptied of kills, and the next box is displayed as to players as rank.

To get kills , Per time basis. :)
your going to have to be way more specific
@SoulTaker916: Go
To get kills per time basis like. Local Player has the most maximum kills and hes gonna be at the top1 corner of the Score Tab.
so kills? so who has the most kills in the course of 10 min and it starts over?
@SoulTaker916: Go
yea most probably more like that.
