I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get my tutorial to run with the b.net tutorial button.
I have added a second map variant of the tutorial type. I have gone to b.net info and set the map tutorial to be the tutorial variant. I have a trigger that will run the tutorial. I'm trying to make the condition for that trigger to be if the tutorial game variant is run. I'm assuming that's the way to do it? I must be setting up the condition wrong.
It seems like you would want to go to game attribute value....and then game mode? And then what? It doesn't make sense to me. Please help!
You should create a hidden game attribute. Have the game variant set that game attribute to tutorial. You can then use a condition to check the game attribute.
There's actually no way to check which game variant was chosen. You can only check game/player attributes. Therefore you need to use a hidden game attribute like MaskedImposter said.

@AjaxTheNoob737: Go
There is a trigger function (its a player 'function', not a trig action) that retrieves which [edit: player attribute] was chosen in the lobby.
You can check which attribute was chosen, then run your tut trig actions.
Edit: Temhawk, below is correct, find which player attribute was chosen, not game variant.
I learned that from this thread:
