is it possible to deactivate the green frame which selects more than one unit at a time?
If not, how can I ask via trigger if a player holds the left mouse-button?
So I could hide the mouse-courser, since holding the left mouse-button activates the green frame.
Just the frame or the player's ability to drag select?
I believe there is a function that disabled drag select. Getting rid of the frame might be a little more tricky. I would suggest either looking through the UI in the data editor, see if you can find it, and change the image to the black (actually transparent) box. Otherwise if you find the image for the green frame in the editor, then you can find out it's path and replace it with your own blank image.
Many ways to do this. Drag select means you can select multiple units at once. An easy way is to use trigger with event unit is slected and deselect all of them but once.
If there are only a few type of unit, the model's selection layer could help that (similar to how you cant drag select combat unit and building at the same time)

Drag select is the thing I meant.
I can't find a function which deactivates this drag select.
