As the Title says. I want to disable or remove an ability after a choice has been selected.
An example would be: Click A or B or C. If you select B, Marine Stim is disabled/removed for marines.
I already know how to set up the Choices. Just how-to remove a ability? This would be a lot easier in triggers than in the data editor, lol.
make a dummy upgade, then give the ability a requirement that makes the player not allowed to have the dummy upgrade unlocked (you cant use the ability if you have that upgrade researched) then make the trigger give that upgrade to the player.
@tdhsst: Go
A much simpler and cleaner way is the trigger action "Allow/Disallow Ability for Player"
<Click Here> To See My Epic Single Player Campaign (LifeForceCampaign.com)
@Bilxor: Go
would this remove the button or just Grey it out?
Heyo,. there are 3 actions that you can use,. depend on what you need.
Allow / Disallow Ability for Player = Remove button ( all units )
Enable / Disable Ability for Unit = Grey out ( specific unit )
Show / Hide Ability for Unit = Remove button ( specific unit )
