I have looked, and the only thing on google or here is how to get the DEFAULT value set in the editor... Not the live value of a players camera distance at runtime of trigger...
Help?
Please only trigger stuff. No data editor. Or adding Cameras., I am using the default so my code is easier to move around to map to map.
I am unable to address the players camera, unless I assign a custom camera, which I am trying to avoid. However I am able to set the default camera, so i figured there must be some way to read the values back. I am currently just tracking all input to the cameras for reference later.
The current camera target is a point, and can be stored in a point variable if necessary.
EDIT: D'oh! I think I misread your entire post. You want to find the distance property of a player's camera? You can indeed find the distance for a camera object but not for an individual player, at least not directly. The best thing you can likely do in this situation is remove the default camera scroll (with the mouse wheel) and allow players to adjust their cameras via triggers, which would be more easily tracked.

I believe you can use the center of the camera as a point and check the distance between points.

I'm not sure what you mean. Here's an example action that uses a player's camera target:
