This trigger works properly but causes the game to freeze badly each time it fires. What is a better way to approach this method?
What are you trying to do?? Looks like you're creating the same barracks once per second for 14 seconds every 10 seconds, so the longer this trigger is active, the more it will snowball and presumably lag your game

What is "Variable - Set position = (Create Spawn Position for Player i, with minimum Distance 40)" doing? It could be computationally expensive.
