With a standard marine, this is impossible. You would need to import a copy of the marine model with changed textre paths to use different textures.
However, some dark protoss buildings use some kind of texture swap, but this is
a: only used by buildings, all moveable dark protoss units got an own model, so this might not work well with units, which can move.
b: The models and textures seem to have some requirements for this to work, I could not get it to work with other buildings.
So I would say impossible at the moment, but there might be a way to do this we do not know about.

you can change a units model dynamically with triggers..... so you would need a different model for each texture variation.
And the new model would need to have all the same animations as the original or the actor > events > animations may screw up
