In this "Triggering" exercise the objective is to create a three or more airports.
Planes must not crash into one an other and must land like a real plane.
Must be able to transport units.
Challenges
Think of these as achievements.
Make the user able to control a single unit (Civilian) and give the user the ability to purchase a flight.
Make a fully functional airport: People waiting in line to get a ticket for a flight, security scanners.
Make a dialog that tracks the flights. When and where they are going. Price of ticket, etc...
I was just thinking of creating a map like that, based off of ahli's old traffic simulation map.
Edit: If any terrain guys would like to help me, i could use a 256x256 map with 4 airports, and 4 cities (one at each airport, and in between, Also have them connected with roads), with at least one shop in each city, I'll take care of it from there.
Here is the map I'm working on for this right now. All i've done so far is terrain. (damn you Darl, no template map). If anyone would like to finish the terrain for me that would be great. I'm taking a break from it for now, I'll get back to it sometime today. BTW the map is HOTS dependent.

And the start of my triggers for a complex road system. It is HOTS dependent, if any of you want to convert it to WOL for others go ahead. HFGL
I will point out that no one ever finished this challenge. So what would be the point of offering a new one. I might get back to working on this one, but only doing a single airport
I wouldent say get rid of the post because space on mapster at this point dosent need to matter but leave it up for the new ppl like me to see later on and add a new exercise

I've given up on the airport terrain thing, willu. Map canvas is too small to make ONE airport, let alone 3.
I just have given up making this. This Time MTE is needing a little bit more time than i have :(
As you might have noticed. There hasn't been a new MTE. I'm out of ideas. I need suggestions...

1. It could be a bad challenge in general, so why not offer a new one.
2. Perhaps the whole triggering exercise is outdated in itself. So then it should be ridden of as a whole.
In either case, there's no point in this thread taking up sticky space.
