So I've searched the forum for about an hour now and I'm thinking this isn't possible, so I am open to any suggestions on a good way to do this.
If I have one building, then build another building, I get the region between the two buildings. My goal would be create a road between these two structures or to change the texture of that whole region to something road-looking.
you could make an actor that uses the road models and place them dynamically but they prolly wouldnt blend together like the road placement tool.
Currently there isnt much support in the editor for dynamically changing the terrain textures. You can create actors and splat actors to kinda do this. But you may not end up with the results your looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion though.
If your on usa.
Search for "Infinite TD" on bnet give it a try I kinda create dynamic paths that are shown with actors. Though they dont look like roads.
