I'm making an RPG that spans several maps, and the way you get from one to another is on a Hercules transport. You have several heroes and you can pick up to 4 of them to take on the transport, and when you click a button you go to the next map. Whichever heroes are on the transport get stored in a bank as keys 1, 2, 3, and 4 in section Transport.
At the beginning of the next map, I'm trying to make a trigger to spawn the heroes inside the transport, but apparently you can't Restore units from a bank directly into a transport. So instead I'm restoring them onto the ground and then trying to order the transport to pick them up.
The trigger looks like this:
(The 2 second wait is just there so I can see what's happening)
When I run the game, it spawns the heroes on the ground just like it's supposed to, with the health and energy they had previously, so I know everything with the bank is working, but they just won't get on the transport.
Try to place a small (0.1 second or so) wait between the Set Variable and the Issue Order action. Could be that it locks up there. I ran into issues like that a few times myself.
PS: Also double-check to make sure it's the right Load order ^ ^ Never bad to check this kinda stuff again.
Ugh, I feel like such an idiot. I used "last created unit" instead of "last restored unit" to refer to the heroes. It's always the simple stuff that causes the most problems...

All in all that looks pretty much correct..
