make 2 groups (1 for each team) and do this (there might be other ways but this should work)
Event: Any unit is created
condition: -Unit does not have attribute heroic (if you want to make hero units else you don't need this)
action:
If- owner of (triggering unit) is in player group (team 1 or whatever you called it)
then-order unit to attack (team 2 base)
else-order unit to attack (team 1 base)
I never tested this and already see the problem that the player could move his unit but I never did this so i don't know how to fix it (you could make all units spawned neutral so they don't get controled but I am not sure how to do it even if it probably only takes 1 or 2 triggers so i guess you could find it), if you find trigger just put it befor the if/then/else statement and your good. if you need any more help pm me.
Edit: the neutral unit thing wont work if your units have spells.
I created a trigger that makes the unit that is trained attack-move towards the waypoint. (I assume what you actually want is like the gameplay of Nexus Wars, where each constructed unit will attack the enemy base.)
So the trigger gets called when the unit is constructed by a structure. Then, the unit that is constructed by the structure (which is Triggering Progress Unit) will be uncommandable, so all of its commands will fade out and when you try to command it, the game will say that you cannot issue commands to that unit, even though it is owned by you. Then, the triggering progress unit will be issued a command to attack-move to the enemy base, which is the 'unit waypoint' variable.
OR
If what you actually wanted was to command all units owned by a team to attack-move towards a point,
I asked this on the blizzard forums but they are empty, I want a trigger that can command a teams built units to attack move to a point.

Remember to change the variables respectively and also run the trigger using the 'Run Trigger' action since it has no events.
