Okay this is basically what i need, i made a unit called money(looks like a dollar bill). These will spawn randomly around the map. Whenever a Unit gets within a certain amount of units it will give them one mineral( i got this part down). I don't know how to destroy that specific dollar so no one else can pick it up any ideas???
Im not exactly sure how you build you events up until now, but maybe you could use "set unit property" to set moneys life to 0 and define the unit as the closest unit of player x to your triggering unit. understand? ^^
I was planning on doing the exact same thing in my map. Basically i have a region (lets call it P1 Region) attached to my hero. When my hero moves near any enemy, a trigger that has the event "Unit Enters Region" Runs. If that unit is money, destroy the unit, and collect the dollar value. I havent worked out the details, but it sounds like were doing the same thing, might as well collude. Ill put something together and let you know what i come up with.
