For this week, we're going to use a custom tileset created by Mapster user Phail that recreates the original Starcraft Badlands tileset (see screenshot). You can download the tileset template map at http://www.screference.op74.net/wte/antiga.rar. Create whatever you want, as long as it draws on the tileset! For the time being, we're going to run these every two weeks. Hopefully participation picks up once Rock the Cabinet has ended.
This has alot of potential, story wise. When you read on Antiga Prime, or the Badlands terrain, you get usefull info to make a good representative terrain.
That's true. It's a barren wasteland that once was filled to the rim with oceans, and in those oceans there was a lot of life. All that life died and is represented as skeletons on what was the old seabed.
I liked the Jarban Minor doodads with this texture set. I switched out the rock texture for the port city 6 texture as well. I used the description of Antiga Prime and looked back at the Starcraft 1 Maps as my guide.
This is such a cool tileset. I haven't had a chance to work with it yet, and I think there are probably some others who'd like the chance, so let's extend by a week.
Whoa that's cool. I think that a better lighting with some glowing plants or something would make that terrain even more awesome. Nice one!
There is a tree model for the Aiur tree that is creeped or something and I think it could fit well. It's not a doodad you have to find the model. You could search for a mod on battle.net for Extra Doodads which is something I made a long while ago in the hope to make all interesting models as doodads.

It might be a good thing to know that some doodads have been reskinned to fit the theme more. Those doodads are:
And that should be it. Can't wait to see your creations :)
