This isn't possible. When defining a Texture Set, you are given a drop down menu to choose a road. This means that you can only use one road at a time.
Negative comments aside, you might be able to fake something if you create a unit or doodad using the road model.
Actually this is very possible. I did it for my last WTE Terrain Exercise (#21) submission.
Located in the Data Editor, go to "Terrain Texture Sets". Select your current texture set that you are on. Then in Hard Tiles selection, it will bring up a list. It will probably say Mar Sara Road, or something similar. Now in the white area, right click and then select, Add Value. You can now choose to add another hard tile (road).
yes it is possible... you simply have to modify some values in the data editor and restart the world editor.
I didn't modify any values in the Data Editor and I can simply right click and add value to add more than one hard tile. Such in my post and attached pictures. No hacking, faking or modifying anything... It shouldn't be difficult, just right click and add value! Also I didn't have to restart the editor but it might need to refresh the texture set so you might have to change the texture set back and forth or re-open the map.
You are in the Data editor when you are doing that and adding extra values to the hard tiles field (A modification). No it isn't difficult, yes it is modifying a value in the data editor.
Yeah I mis-understood what he was implying. He said some values so I thought he meant a bunch of changes to the Editor itself. It is just one value though.
I guess that I should have rephrased that I know I did exactly what you did simply modified the texture sets and added one of the other road types. Well for me on my mac I would have to close and reopen the map for the brush to show up in the editor. But simply put you can do it and it is easy.

Hello all. Is it possible to use all the road types in a map? If possible, how do i do that?
I want to use korhal road and tarsonis rail together in the same map. But couldn't find anyway.

Well, crap. Now I feel like an idiot. This is good to know for the future, though.

Whatch out for dates and old posts. You just bumped a 2011 thread.
Happy that you found what you was looking for thought.
Working on projects:
