I am making a map that take place on a platform in the sky. It is supposed to be a very cloudy heaven-like map with alot of cloud doodads, but the black mask turns the clouds black. It sort of ruins it.. So I want to make the black mask to be as white as the clouds as I think it would do wonders visually and make the game more interesting.
Is this possible?
On the fog of war tab in the data editor you can modify some stuff, but it seems it only work for the fog of war on the minimap and not in game.
I just did some googling and poking around in the editor, and I can't find a way to do it.
The data method you already tried (I had the same results). There's also a texture called "ui_ingame_blackmask" ...unfortunately, it seems to be used for the background overlay when you open the menu, not the actual black mask for the fog of war.
This is a long shot but I have to ask.

@njordys: Go I think fog of war color can be changed in Game UI Data, in data editor.
EDIT: ohhh well it seems you already tried it.

Aww. Well, then I have to make some adjustments.
