I must say I was really impressed by all of your work guys - so much that I wanted to try making my own building.
I'm just missing a pair of doodads, I REALLY searched through ALL the damn doodads but I couldn't find a door that doesn't look like one big entrance and those wooden tables I seen in some of your screenies.
I'm asking this here to avoid opening any other threads.
I must congratulate myself once again with everybody, really good job!

EDIT: Also those really cool fences? :)
First of all, make sure you've got all the dependencies active for your map, don't think that's your problem, just mentioning it.
As for the doors, there are several doors under units, but none of them (except the Valhalla Door) are listed under doodads, so will need to either use the units, or make a couple of custom doodads using those models. Try searching for Gate under units and you should be able to find them.
As for the wooden details, without having the editor open in front of me, I'd suppose most of them are the Window Boards or Deadman's Port Ground Props, try these out and just experiment a bit with the X/Y/Z scales.
Think the Storefront doodads may also have a couple of doors on some of them, but not quite sure.
As for fences, apart from the Chain Link Fence, other doodads you can use are the Castanar Light Board and the Window Board ones.
Hoping I got all the names right, as I said, I haven't got the editor open right now, but you should be able to find most of those :)
Thanks, thanks alot! A really fast reply :) thumbs up for your steadfastness
And yes, you got most of the names right. I just wish my editor was English as well, but, unfortunately, it's entirely in Italian and I'll gotta figure which one is what.
the glass looking doors are under the store front windows and store front windows 2 storey. as for the wooden details they are indeed window boards with some of the axis stretched, to get a horizontal looking board, increase the y value and shrink the z value. i think my values were around 300y and 10z then just change the x value to get the size table you are after.
has any body thought of making a custom ui that interacts with the custom buildings.... like for an rpg.... you can have a beacon in front of the door that the unit has to stand on to activate the interface... then a custom shop (full screem) screen pops up with options in which you can buy supplies etc... I am thinking of doing this... with a com pick of the merchant....a pic and title of the shop and a menu with pictures of items you could buy... robs guns you can buy weapons and ammo.... at a bj's clam shack restaurant you can buy food items that can up your life... doc upgrades your armor and tech etc...
