Today I was thinking about what subjects or themes we haven't yet had for the WTE: we've had snowy landscapes, mountainous zones, and temperate forests, but never quite what's in between all of those; "Tundra". So what does this mean? Well, think Russia; long semi-snowy landscapes full of pine trees, (frozen) rivers and hilly zones. To make this work, you'll have to combine snowy textures with more temperate ones and use a combination of trees and Kaldir doodads.
Hopefully you guys manage to impress us all again. Good luck, and have fun!
Weekly Terraining Exercise #207
Hello again folks!

This isn't a strict terrain exercise as it's a map I've been working on for a while. Hope that doesn't disqualify it.
It's all playable and I've tried to include some variation so it won't be boring.

That so reminds me of Howling Fjord in WoW, my all time favorite landscape in any game. I love it!

I really loved that zone to. That and Grizzly Hills made that expansion :D
