What did I do:
I created new tileset, based on Shakuras, with a space platform-like tileset in mind. Changed textures, added castanar cliffs instead of Shakuras ones. Also, I added the back-skybox thing, the undermap one.
Problem:
When lowering cliffs, tiles still remain. To see skybox beneath I must manually hide all of them.
Is there some way to hide all low cells? Through data perhaps? How Castanar tileset disables the lowest terrain cells to uncover the beautiful planets and rocks below?

Yeah, there's a "Hide Lowest Level" option in the Terrain Texture Sets data.
