I quite like the portrait shot I did with 'GLaDOS' and 'Chell'... I took it by having a Camera turned on it's side, then rotating it to be the right way up in Photoshop. It does rather show the lack of a roof though... not sure what to do about the roof yet.
Anyhoo to explain some things in that overview shot, for the one person who hasn't already guessed I am making my entry themed on Portal (the original specifically) and this is a homage to GLaDOS' chamber and the final boss fight of the game so as well as the Adjutant for GLaDOS we have the Incinerator, Deadly Neurotoxin and a Missile Turret.
I hope to get at least one more room done for this - a 'proper' testchamber rather than the very basic cube on button one I've shown so far and possibly a Ratman den too to introduce some messiness into the mix.
Here are some odd thing I made, I refused to look at anything starcraft until I beat the Campaign so there would be no spoilers lol. It was originally going to be a sort of giant pit inside a lab, but then I found tram doodads and started spamming doodads I found to be cool lol (hey might as well start somewhere after a long absence)
Witness the building of the UBERTHOR the terrifying plot twister we have been asking for. (lololol) I attempted to use as many Umoja doodads as possible to get a feel for what could be done with them and this was the result. I will admit I used 2 or 3 doodads for the shoulder guns that were not from the Umoja doodads because I just couldn't get them to look right with the Umoja doodads.
I love the feel that the terrain gives. the three poor marines and their one buddy got dragged off to who knows were by who knows what. very well done :)
Here is my creation set loose to destroy some zerg base. I tried to make it look like the guns were glowing red hot after the battle. My only self critique would be the fact that I am not fooling around with lighting effects.
Not really related to the theme, but something I've found, and quite frankly am in love with, is variation 10 of zerus water plant. It is an extremely good grass doodad, and also goes quite well with some of the haven trees.
I wish that they had a doodad that was just "glare" without anything attached to it. would be extremely useful in these pics. Would be a really nice asset if someone made it. :) Anyway, I cant really find anything worthy of improvement in that pic, cinematic worthy shot.

I quite like the sense of height in your pics, but it seems a bit repetetive... mind you I don't have any suggestions either I'm afraid :-/
