there is nothing which comes into my mind but making a region and a trigger which checks if a unit enters that region and teleporting it slightly back so that it can't enter.
if you just want to prevent units from entering another area of your map but you intend to have units in that area as well you can seperate the two areas with a region and do this
Event
Any unit enters "No Entry Blocker" (note: No Entry Blocker is the name of the region i have seperating two areas
Condition
if triggering unit type = "type of unit you want to allow to pass through this buffer"(Note: you dont need the condition if you want to prevent all units passing"
Actions
Move triggering unit instantly to SafeSpot (Note: safespot would be the name of the area you want to move units to when they try to pass through the buffer region, you could work out a way to calculate the potion of the unit in regards to the region he entered and just move him to where he was before he entered the region but im not going to go into that here..........
This is basically how Nexus Wars prevents your SCV from leaving base
Note: abilties such as blink may allow a player to skip your buffer region.
If you want units to be there but not be accesible, put them in first and then put pathing around them. Or suround them with it (this can be bypassed with certain abilities however).

How can i make it so that no units can enter a certain area of the map, kind like a no fly zone, but for all units. Please help, Thanks!

ground pathing blockers + air pathing blockers? Press "H" for pathing in the terrain editor.

What's up with all the odd solutions? Just go to pathing, paint the entire area red, and surround it with no fly zones.
