Very original use of doodads. My favorite part is the double catwalk with windows to create an interior corridor. This is awesome. It's a very good terrain. If you need suggestion to add more stuff to make it look even better, I'd say more rocks, maybe wind effect, maybe a shield effect above the circular part cause it just feels weird without any kind of roof, more piping, darkening the texture where the transparent pipes enters in the ground, either use terrain deformation or doodads like snow to creat small hill around the pillars where sand accumulates due to wind effects, change some of the solar panel to broken on...there are craters all around; there has to be at least one partially broken...
Open the Lighting window from the window tab in the menu. (Ctrl+Shift+F10 by default). And play with the settings. It can be tricky to learn at first but once you get it, it can makes something look much better.
