The first person to post he is working on it will get to update it and the rest of the work progresses from there, if you did not post you went working on it and someone else did before you, your work is done for nothing. I think one of mozared's replies mentions it. Just read the previous page.
Check the rules it states:
5.If two people make posts at roughly the same time, the first person to make his post is the one who's version we'll continue editing. If you were too late with responding, tough luck for now, wait until the person above you uploads his edited version and try again.
Like the rules indicate, yeah, you can join however often you like. Just not multiple times in a row. At least one person must have edited the map before you're allowed to join in again.
I'm not really a terrain kind of guy, but I'll *try* to take a shot at this after Ababmer is done. BTW, are you the same Ababmer that used to troll the SC2 bnet forum?
Taking it for a bit, spicing it up and making it more playable.
Edit: Alright, I did some more simple, mostly invisible work on it regarding pathing and all. Just two things I'd like to note.
1) Soga, your gate worked pretty well, but you used cliff doodads that are only visible from one side - if you turned the camera around, it looked horrible. I tried to make it work by taking a similar doodad, turning it 180 degrees and planting it at the other side, but it kept causing clipping issues. I ended up just using normal wall for it.
2) It might be a little late to ask now, but if you're reading this - try to keep playability at least somewhere in your mind. The map is going great and I'm really thinking about passing this on later for people to think up a storyline behind it, do some trigger and data editing, and turning it into a proper playable map.
Ah, thanks. This would be the first time I've seriously attempted to terrain in SC2. I did learn to use the camera to assist in placing objects, utilizing page-up and page-down, and scaling/rotating objects. It all took me a good while to do this.
Which brings me to ask... how do you rotate objects in the terrain window rather than doing it from the object's properties and then seeing the results later when you hit OK?
I was wondering what the area north of the crater in the south middle of the map. I decided that the corpses of marines and colonists were actually constructing some type of device that attracted the zerg, similar to how the psi emitter attracted the zerg in sc1.
also added some terrain deformation, and alot of small vegetation. Made the northern part of the map seem like a part of the rockies in nevada.
You select a doodad, hold control, and then click - the doodad will turn in the direction you clicked. In similar fashion, you can also drag the mouse instead of clicking, allowing you to turn it as you drag around.
Also, I like the small addition, Happy. Also what you've done with the mountain range. It's beginning to shape up nicely, just a few empty spaces we still need to fill in.

I mean, if you want to do it twice.

I think it is possible to just enter again, no restrictions about that. Maybe Mozared could clarify that when he logs on.

Added to the top left
All I'm gonna say is... you guys are definitely giving me ideas for stories for this map. :P
But all in due time.

Edit: Nope, not working here, left it open.

Working on it.
For the mods and administrators (I should say), and your contributions to the Starcraft II Modding scene.
Hm...

Soga is a familiar name.
Soga....
Soga....
Yeah, I was.

Cool.
Well, here's my first effort. I'd say not too shabby. I worked on the area to the west.
