Unit - Replace (Picked unit) with a Bunker using New Unit's Default vitals
Unit - Create 1 Marine for player 1 at (Position of (Last replaced unit)) using default facing (No Options)
Unit - Order (Last replaced unit) to (Bunker - Load (Bunker) (Last created unit)) (Replace Existing Orders)

I'm not sure about this, but can't you Create Cargo Units for the bunker?
@LordFartAway: What you need is not clear, could you reformulate it?
anyway you can simplify your code with:
Cant this be done by data?
Have the bunker have an ability that spawns 4 marines, order said marines to load to the nearest bunker and voila
