I've search on the forul, but the answer gave aren"t the one i looking for, i just want a simple way to do this... ?

units in region owned by player it's something like this ain't got the editor at hand
Number of units in unit group >
Unit group > Units in Region matching condition
Any Player > Triggering Player
Then change the == 1 to == 0 and you should be set.
