i am having the same problem. When i try to use a morph command to upgrade my building it upgrades fine but it does not change animation to the new unit.
also it does the same thing when i try to use a duplicate version of the raise lower supply depot ability, and yes i have altered animation art already.
You need to specify under events. For example look at the spire, it creates the attached Model actor for the morph animation when it begins morphing and then sends a signal to it do define what animation to play. Wih duping you often find events forget their target.

Check the ones triggered by the AbilityMorph.*.Start. You will find one that uses a Create action and one that uses a Signal action. Notice the target of the signal is the same actor created by the create action.

How to apply construct animation between building morph ?

there is like 20 things under the events section can you please be more specific on what needs to be changed
