I have a building set up to change into another building when the ability is used. Everything seems to work ok but the price. The price seems to reflect that of the normal building. I've checked the ability and the cost is set to 0 for everything. For one it even gives me 50 minerals back. I'm new to the data editor and can't seem to figure out why the price wouldn't be 0.
Also how would I make the building turn into the warp in animation for protoss buildings?
You should be setting the cost of the unit to upgrade to, Not the cost of the ability.. You could make the morph cost 5 minerals and the actual unit that it morphs into cost 45 to = 50.
Go to your unit that you are making morph into another unit.
Under abilities look at what the ability name you named it to Morph into your other unit.
Go to that ability under abilities tab.
At the bottom on the left side under units check the properties of that.
Thanks. I was using the ability cost because the first two buildings I used worked perfectly by setting the ability cost. Now I can get back on track with messing with the actual buildings now.

If you have ventrilo I can walk you through the steps of this in detailed. I understand morphing pretty well now.
Edit the abilities cost, under the editor if that doesn't work for you I'll help you on ventrilo.

The abilities cost are set to 0. I do not have ventrilo. Do you by chance have xfire?

Look at attachment for example.
